NeoTOP x– flexible, adaptable, scalable cartoner for small lot production of pharma and biotech products
Increasing market and product segmentation, not to mention the way modern medicines work, means that the already wide variety of secondary packaging is constantly growing. As a result, flexibility and the overall efficiency of the packaging process are continuing to become more important.
Körber is accommodating to this trend with the Dividella NeoTOP x system, a modular, semi and fully automated packaging machine. The system can be configured to customers’ specific requirements and has been specially developed to handle lots which vary in size, from clinical trials through to market launch.
Up to 45 packs per minute: It speeds up the production of small to mid-size lots up to 5 million packs per year. The format ranges from minimum 60 x 45 x 17 to maximum 260 x 200 x 120. The Dividella NeoTOP x for small lots offers manual product insertion module or flexible feeding.
